What You'll Own:

  • To convert/onboard and retain members, giving our members a positive experience on every visit to our gym and create raving supporters of our business.

  • Overall gym presentation to ensure a high standard is set for our member.

Outcomes You’ll Produce:

  • Sales conversion - 80% conversion on all leads generated by the business.

  • Pipeline Management - Maintain 100% of the business's pipeline and convert 80% of all leads to memberships, or referrals for personal/group training or programs.

  • Complete Daily duties Checklist and compliance - 100% compliance of daily checklist to a standard with minimal supervision. Ensure all onboarding and member journey is compliant.

  • Social media - Assist team with social media posts and ideas, and help with preparing templates.

  • Retention - Generate 2 new reviews each mont. Make members feel valued and welcome.

Use retention tools to make calls and help members feel connected.

Key Compentencies and qualifications for this role:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills -

  • excellent listening skills to understand member needs and goals, friendly, approachable demeanour to build trust and rapport with members.

  • Sales and Member Engagement -

  • Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate services (e.g., personal training, small group sessions, body transformation programmes). Confidence in promoting the gym's offerings while maintaining integrity and member-first values. Skill in building relationships to increase member retention and satisfaction.

  • Team Collaboration -

  • Willingness to support and learn from colleagues to create a positive gym environment and contribute to team goals and gym initiatives, such as workshops or community events, whilst upholding the gym's values and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

  • Time Management and Organisation

  • First Aid /CPR Or ability to obtain within 14 days of employment

  • Working with childrens check (ability to obtain within 1 months of employment)
